Dr. González (PhD, UNAM) is responsible for the Cognitive Neuroecology Lab at the UNAM's School of Psychology. His lines of research are human immunoecology, neurodevelopment and Evolutionary Psychobiology. He has published in indexed international journals with a high impact factor in the area of behavioural ecology, physiology and evolution, such as Evolution, Functional Ecology, Hormones and Behavior and Plos One. One of his most relevant lines of research is the Study of the influence of pathogens and the bacterial microbe on child neurodevelopment and human neurocognitive functions.
